SHIPPING METHODS: Standard shipping for our products is UPS Ground Residential.
Other shipping options available are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.
INTERNATIONAL RATES: International shipping rates are subject to the charges from individual carriers to specific countries. We ship international packages only via USPS Priority Mail International.
International shipping rates will automatically be added to your purchase. You may email us for specific shipping rates prior to your purchase if you wish. Time of delivery for USPS Priority Mail International is normally 7-10 business days. Please note this only refers to shipping times and during the holiday season or to reasons beyond our control, extra time should be made for potential delays.

RETURNS: GenerationStore.com stands behind its merchandise. All items, with the exceptions of seasonal items (defective seasonal items will be replaced with the same or equal product) include a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund for the merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date, provided all the terms defined in Directions for Returns are complied with and the merchandise has not been abused. After 10 days all returns, replacements, service, and support must be handled directly between you and the product’s manufacturer. Many of the products we carry are packaged with the manufacturer's own warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. Manufacturers' warranties may vary from product to product.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: There is a 18% restocking fee for all returns wholesale orders, special discounted orders, or drop ship orders value over $ 500.00.
CUSTOM SPECIFIC ORDERS: There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges for any custom specific or special orders.
DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNS: Please email or call us to receive a return authorization (RA) number. After you receive your RA number, pack the items you are returning into a shipping box with plenty of packing material to ensure the product is safely returned to us undamaged. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, send the package to us via UPS or insured-prepaid USPS mail. Be sure to write the return authorization number on the address label. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the refund.

All returned merchandise must include a return authorization number and be in new or unused condition, including all package contents with the manufacturer's original packaging. Items returned to us without meeting these requirements will be refused a refund and returned to the customer at their expense.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY: Use coupon code "Fship99" at checkout. The minimum transaction to qualify for free shipping is $99.00. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Service. Please allow 4-5 days to process your order plus 5-7 days in transit. Free Shipping Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.Please allow 2 weeks for us to process credits on your credit card for returns.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may pay for your order with any of the following options: Major Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and Paypal. You may also pay by personal check in US Dollars, drawn on a US bank check; US Money Orders; or International Money Orders in US Dollars. We do not ship COD orders. Orders that have been paid for via check will not be shipped until the check is received and cleared.
