We have taken custom orders from hundreds of event planners, wedding decorators, architects and visual merchandisers around the world. Things to know before placing a custom order:
- Custom orders must at least be a total of $ 750.00 or 36 units whichever comes first - some products are excluded from this.
- The minimum custom order for our string curtains are 12 units.
- The normal turnaround time for a custom order is 3-4 weeks for production and 7-10 days for shipping but orders can be completed in less time only if it is absolutely necessary.
- All custom orders are prepaid and non-refundable since custom production begins immediately once you place your order.
- Due to what was stated above, we would appreciate it if you could email or fax us a mock-up or drawing of your wanted customized product so that we can better understand what you want and eliminate any type of errors.
- You may order a sample of your custom order or product for a small fee plus shipping expenses to try and see how the design looks like before you place your final order.
- Before we can ship your order we require a resale certificate, tax ID number or signed resale form for our files.
- We take orders from anywhere in the world and we ship worldwide.
