How Ordering Works

Select Color + Size (4 ft–16 ft diameter).

Upload your logo or artwork with your order.

Add any notes in your artwork instructions (placement, orientation, special requests).

We’ll confirm details if anything needs clarification before production.
Standard logo placement: Printed on two sides for strong visibility from multiple angles.
Need more print locations or a specific layout? Contact us for a quote.
Artwork Guidelines (Best Results)

Preferred: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF)

Also accepted: High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI recommended)

For exact brand colors: Pantone color matching available (minimum order may apply — contact us for a quote).
Note: Pricing may increase if the artwork is highly complex, requires extensive setup, or needs special color matching.
Inflation Valve, Anchoring & Hardware
Each balloon includes:

Built-in inflation valve (nozzle) for air filling

Standard D-hooks (D-rings) installed for anchoring/tethering

Ropes included for anchoring and positioning
Air Blower (Sold Separately — Recommended)
An air blower is not included. For the easiest setup and breakdown, we recommend adding the air blower option to your order.
Floating vs Anchored Displays (Helium)
